Two views of a U-2 (nicknamed "Dragonlady"). Like the F-117A Nighthawk, the U-2 was roped off and guarded so you couldn't get a close look. You could climb a ramp to look into the cockpit, but I'm sure if they're letting you look inside, they covered all the secret stuff. In the left-hand picture, the rectangular object being suspended by a crane is the back a "Jumbotron" closed-circuit TV display. |

Two views of a T-38 Talon, which was a slender and attractive airplane. You can click on the right-hand picture to enlarge it; use your browser's "back" command to return here. |

Tail view of an F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, which I believe was a non-flying mockup. |
